Ashley's Bio.

My name’s Ashley Jackson. I’m twenty years old. My birthday was on the seventeenth of November! So I recently had a Birthday, and I went out to Cracker Barrel after school that day. At Cracker Barrel, I was received a free dessert of apple cinnamon pie with vanilla ice cream! It was delicious! I started school as a preschool student in a public school. The school helped me to learn how to sign and speak very well. I had a deaf-blind specialist who had helped me a lot! She’s very close to me. I also had several interpreters during that time. My current interpreter, Mrs. Rhonda did a lot of things to help me come a long way from the lost child to the happy and very intelligent woman I have became. I’m not completely satisfied with my life though. I can still get lonely because the people at the school are not so sure of how to talk to me even though some of them know some signs.
At TSB, I’ve been involved with some activities. I’ve been involved with the elementary school Wrestling team, (which I didn’t like), the Girl scouts, JR. Forensics, the track team, and the swimming team, (which I did last year), and I’m currently taking piano lessons. I also have some hobbies. I like to read romance novels or fiction books, I don’t like to watch movies, I like to sculpt, sometimes eat a lot of junk food even though I should be on a diet, and talk on the phone.

Smiles!
